What is Go Global?
Go Global is an international family of churches, planting churches and making disciples, united in our love for Jesus. The focus of Go Global is Jesus’ Great Commission - to go and make disciples, with an Apostolic mandate to see healthy new churches and families of churches established around the world. We have a deep passion to “always remember the poor” and to be catalysts for unity in the wider Body of Christ.
Since the start of the Go Global family in summer 2021, it has grown rapidly with churches and church families across Scotland, England, Nepal, Hong Kong, Uganda, Nigeria, Namibia, Ghana, and Poland. Our churches have an average congregation size of 75-80 and most are in the stages of actively planting or replanting as a church.
Twice a year, Go Global run Global Leaders Days where all of our leaders at City on a Hill receive leadership input and encouragement.
Go Global are also in the process of developing the Global Classroom which will be an online training environment offering our leaders and their leadership teams bespoke training packages in leadership, discipleship and church planting.
The Go Global leadership team are also committed to personally mentoring and providing pastoral support to the church leaders that are part of the Go Global family. There is a monthly Global Leadership Hub for the leadership development of these pastors with peer support being an important element.
