Vision & Values
AT CITY ON A HILL WE ARE HERE TO: Love God, Love People and Make Disciples.
In Edinburgh, the Lothians and to the Nations.
CORE VALUES - WHO WE AREWe value
humility
Following Jesus' example, we gladly serve God and people, praying always, and seeking to bring Him glory in all we do.
We are Gospel centred
His gospel is our message, and it permeates everything we do.
We are a Word and Spirit church
We build on Scripture and depend on the Holy Spirit, as both shape and empower our lives, decisions and direction.
We think big about His church and its mission
The Church is God’s plan. We carry an apostolic vision to serve the Go Global family, send out church planters & bless the wider Church in our nation.
We are United as One Family
We're building a multi-generational, multi-ethnic, multi-site church family united in Christ, together on mission
We raise Christ-like leaders
Through our discipleship and leadership pathways, we intentionally raise leaders who are spiritually mature, emotionally healthy and envisioned for mission.
